Have freebase schema as rdfs here
http://code.google.com/p/freebase-quad-rdfize/downloads/detail?name=schema.rdfs.
you could use protege/neon toolkit to align. I manually picked most of the
stuff before I used those tools.
It is by no way complete and a work in progress. It is a good thing to
start with.
If you by any chance decide to use the code in that project, do it at your
own risk. I do not commit anything to that anymore. It is kinda stale now.
