That looks like a good alternative to consider. I guess it depends on
whether people prefer specific or general modeling. To take advantage
of its specificity though, shouldn't it have Author as an included
type?
As an aside, nothing to do with the type itself, but display for the
default table (ie the URL you gave) doesn't have the dates aligned
correctly. The 1922 is up one line too high making the dates appear
non-sensical even though they're specified correctly.
Of course both alternatives are completely different from how single
person pen names are handled which lacks a certain regularity.
