I think these codes are important, so I'd spend a few minutes voting
if I could figure out what the heck I was voting on.

Given on one side:

119.    Província Do Zaire (Zaire)
    Country    AO as [undefined]
    ISO 3166-2 Code    Zaire (AO-ZAI)

and on the other:

  No Match, Insufficient Information, Invalid
  Angola, Adygea, Jewish A... Oblast

What is the correct vote and what changes will be made to the Freebase
database as a result of that vote (assuming everyone votes the same
way)?  I checked the help, but it says "no help for this queue."
