Two points there:

* What about the namespaces in /authority and /source which are
  currently writable by the community? Is there a commitment to keeping
  these open?
* We're thinking of promoting user bases to the commons, we should also
  be thinking of promoting user namespaces. There are certainly some of
  mine I think are of sufficient quality to be promoted.
