Service has been restored. Please let me know if something seems amiss.

As part of this maintenance rabj has also graduated to it's own sub-domain on 
labs. Its services are now available at http://rabj.labs.freebase.com/ 
(/rabj/store/ or /rabj/serve/)

The old addresses on http://data.labs.freebase.com/ (/rabj/store/ and 
/rabj/serve/) will continue to work as before while clients migrate to the new urls.
