I'd change that to the following

Thank you for pointing out the problem with using the Minutemen. I've
swapped out that example for the Green Mountain Boys (
http://www.freebase.com/view/en/green_mountain_boys).

That sounds good, too. I've added the sentence "This type includes specific
named units, rather than general types of units." to the end of the
definition.
