Thanks for the suggestion Andi. In fact, there is a way to pass multiple 
Wikipedia keys to WikiRank 
<http://wikirank.com/en/Bill_Gates,Steve_Jobs,Paul_Allen?size=3> so it 
should be possible to optimize the adapter some more. Of course, it will 
also make things a lot faster once they release their API so that I 
don't have to download a whole page of HTML just to scrape a single number.
