[Developers] Changing Uniqueness of Olympic Venue property

The Olympic Event Competition type
(/schema/olympics/olympic_event_competition) has a unique property for Venue
(i.e., where the event took place).  It has been pointed out that some
competitions have occurred in more than one venue, so I'd like to make this
property non-unique. Changing it will break any queries that expect this
property to be unique. If anyone has any objections to this change, please
let me know.
