[Developers] Newly created types not showing up in autocomplete searchbox

Answering my own post here ...  It just started working normally, showing
recently created types in the autocomplete box.  Perhaps this was a caching
issue?  But I'd previously tried invoking the touch service from my browser
and (presumably the same thing) selecting 'Refresh cache' from the F8
developers'  box without success.
