ooh, i love it!
daniel, this should optionally cycle through recurring events by itself,
like suggesting them for the user. i mean, recurring events with start&end
dates non-empty and instances empty,  like-
   {

  "start_date":{

  "end_date":{
    "optional":"true"},

}

this is app is a really really really good idea. let me know if i can help .
