[Developers] Acre app - dejavu / recurring events helper

Hey all,
I'm currently going through a whole bunch of cycling events and adding a lot
of recurring ones.

IE, the Tour de France has been going for a long while, and it's pretty
tedious to hand-edit lists of "instance of Tour de France" using the
existing importer.

So, I made dejavu, a tool for mass creating a lot of annual events. It still
needs polish/usability love, but I'd love to hear any feedback, ideas, etc
