[Developers] query API - overuse and sanctions?

Michael, I'm pretty sure you haven't been blocked.  If you were, you  
wouldn't get any response at all.  When you get a response you will  
find a "transaction_id" in the mql response envelope. I can look up  
the request and see what happened.  Just send me the whole response  
body.  Also is this a GET or POST?  Not that I have any theories. My  
best one, forgive me, is that your script is not sending the request  
that you think it is ;)  you might want to double check that. Thanks  
for reporting it...
