[Developers] query API - overuse and sanctions?

I may through some clumsy use of Actionscript have fired a high-ish number
(several thousand?) of queries over a very short period of time yesterday.
Might this have led to some sanction/block on my IP address (xx.21.175.192),
as it now appears that any name query (however well-behaved) returns the
same id (although other queries work as normal)?  If so, offering my
reassurance that I am a bona fide (and registered) user with no wish to
bring down the wonderful Freebase servers, could any such sanction now be
lifted?  If not, then what on earth is going on?
