There is a new (experimental) reconciliation service that should meet  
your requirements.

The service is currently available at http://dev.mqlx.com/reconciliation/ 
  , but it will be moving to yet-to-be determined location in  
labs.freebase.com.

I've attached a PDF with some details of the service.
