I've added a few new features lately, to help with data entry:

1) showing the rising/falling status of the trends, as reported by  
google trends
2) striking out topics that are currently marked for deletion
3) a new "split view" - click the icon next to the trend - this shows  
the list of topics, some results from searching google news, and a  
frame for the topic view, so you can do some minor editing.

(and no, I'm not sure why the "x empty fields" doesn't seem to work  
when the topic view is in an iframe...)

I haven't made the split view very prominent just yet because I am  
still working on new features and it still breaks from time to time.
