[Developers] changes to the sandbox environment

Hi Michael.  Thanks for the head up.  As regards the host name, I
switched to the hyphenated version after being informed that the
dotted version was unreliable vis a vis cookies, but for any geo
related work, I've had to switch back to the dotted version (ie
sandbox.freebox.com) to get the Google Maps to work.

Do you think you guys could apply for a second map key so that maps
will work with sandbox-freebase.com?  It's a pain to have to keep
switching back and forth.
