[Developers] Where is the canonical version of the Acre documentation?

I won't be much different from what it is today, except that all the old 
content will be integrated and checked for being up-to-date and new 
content will be added.

yeah, this is probably a good idea... I didn't realize how disrupted the 
old wiki docs were.
