Personally, I don't want to judge it like that. It's possible that
this patent is just a matter of defense - if another company files the
patent, they can sue you for practicing your own ideas.
So, in short - I'm neutral w/re to the existence of a patent. I just
would like to know whether I'm free to create a query engine that
speaks MQL.
Any information that sheds light on this matter would still be greatly
appreciated.
