There's only a single set of Terms of Service, which you can find at
http://www.freebase.com/signin/tos.  It covers the web site, the API,
and the data dumps.  As is typical with such things, any right not
explicitly granted by the ToS is reserved to Metaweb.

Of course those are just the standard terms.  If you want them to
license a particular usage, the most direct approach is to ask them.
