[Developers] Minor refactoring to Venture Investment type

The type Venture Investment (/venture_capital/venture_investment), a CVT,
has a property "Investment Amount" which expects the type "Money Value"
(also a CVT).  The client has never supported nested CVTs, so I'm not sure
how this happened. I'd like to replace the property with two new ones --
Currency and Amount -- so that the data will display properly and be (much)
easier to enter. This is our standard pattern for CVTs that have monetary
values.
