for inspecting one object yes, that is correct, but if you are  
tracking the entire corpus (  "source":{"id":null}  ) you dont need to  
bother since you will get all the links eventually.   another way of  
saying this is that /type/link always delivers master_property

BTW, there are currently 178MM links (live and dead) in the corpus.
