[Developers] Updating /tv/tv_series_episode/production_number expected type to /type/rawstring

Sorry for the additional email, but there's also discussion about  
making this property unique.  This shouldn't break queries since they  
should have been querying for non-unique in the first place.  Any  
strong objections?
