[Developers] Soft Suggest in New Freebase Suggest

That's no good.  Are you saying that you can no longer just hit enter
without selecting the an item from the drop down?

I just instructed my developer to upgrade our app, but we need the "soft
suggest".  It's a fairly large portion of the search use.
