TripleLoader (aka FreeQ) is one of the "experimental" data.labs  
services we intend to open up to limited public use shortly.  We're  
writing up the docs now (see TOOL-5) -- we'll be posting more  
information shortly.

If you're interested in being an alpha user of the service, please let  
me know and we can coordinate offline.
