[Developers] any programmatic way to query for sandbox reloading status?

Hey Shawn,

Thanks for pointing to /api/version.  Are the parameters documented 
somewhere?  I looked at 
http://www.freebase.com/edit/topic/en/api_version  but didn't quite 
understand the values
