[Developers] Logging into freebase using API and long username/password

Every time the Sandbox refresh occurs, all accounts created specifically for Sandbox are wiped away.
Conversely, all accounts created on Freebase in the next 7 days will not be usable on Sandbox until the next data refresh from Freebase occurs, approximately at around 3pm-7pm PST USA (+8 GMT), Mon July 20th.
You can't change your username, ever.
You can change your password, but you would have gotten an email to that effect.
You can recover your password and username by the password reset (entering the email address you created your account with).

One possibility: did you change your password on sandbox-freebase.com,
and not on freebase.com proper? At the moment, these two systems
actually have separate authentication... (though I think sandbox-
freebase.com has been refreshed from freebase.com in the last few hours)
