[Developers] Announcing freebase-python 1.0

I'm so sorry about the mixup; I forgot to commit the 1.0 branch. The only
difference, as previously stated, is the change in the setup.py and
setup.cfg. You can now download the 1.0 branch off code.google.com

Pypi also works if you don't care about the source.
