I just diffed them and the only differences are in setup.cfg and
setup.py, so it looks like while the release wasn't actually made from
SVN, all the Python code is the same as what's on the trunk currently.

It'd probably be good to get the last few changes committed and tag
the release retroactively for historical purposes.
