[Developers] Pre Hack Day present

All,

I can't make hack day due to being on the wrong side of the Atlantic, so
I'll give up my little offering now for anyone interested...

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away (OK, actually 10 Sep 2007), an
intrepid coder called Kirrily "Skud" Robert (you may have heard of her)
released the Metaweb Perl module for interfacing with this a new
site called "Freebase".

Then not much happened, other than JSON::XS changed its API so the
module no longer works without a quick hack.

One thing I've had going on the back burner is an updated version of
Metaweb.pm, and now seems as good a time as any to get it out there.
Brief highlights of my changes:

* Use new JSON::XS API
* Full cookie support (mwLastWriteTime now works)
* New search, touch and trans methods, which map through to the
  appropriate Freebase services

That's about it. The documentation's lacking in areas. Please feel very
free to hack on it at Hack Day and come up with something better. Blame
me for all bugs, not Kirrily.
