This Freebase TOS is currently being updated with both these points!   
But to confirm: yes, the BSD licensing is mandatory, because otherwise  
we couldn't implement "Clone", and yes, Freebase-related-apps only;  
Acre isn't a general app hosting site, it's a *Freebase* app hosting  
site.
