[Developers] Acre 'Writing to Freebase' tutorial

Hi,

I'm trying out the OAuth support.

So far, I tried the following:

   http://freebaseapps.com/wiki/writing_to_freebase

There seem to be some minor inconsistencies in the example.  I didn't 
want to edit the wiki directly, as I'm not 100% certain what is correct.

Here's what I have:

http://acre.freebase.com/#app=/user/jpick/scratch-oauth&file=change_quote

I had to import the "account" script, as it doesn't seem to be included 
at "/acre/account", as the wiki page suggests.  Also, the example on the 
wiki page creates two different login urls, 
/acre/account/signin?onsucceed=$return_url and 
/account/signin?onsucceed=$env.request_url !

I also noticed that returning from the signout url doesn't invalidate 
the cached document, so it doesn't appear that the user has logged out. 
  A page refresh fixes that.
