[Developers] More type moves/promotions

There's a couple of tasks for type moves/promotions.  We'll leave the  
keys behind so applications won't break, but I wanted to let everyone  
to know about this.

https://bugs.freebase.com/browse/DA-562 : Create new /event domain and  
move these types to it
/time/event
/user/skud/disasters/disaster
/user/skud/disasters/disaster_type

https://bugs.freebase.com/browse/DA-531 : Promote cemetary type to / 
location
/user/tsegaran/places/cemetery

I'm planning on moving these types this week; if anyone has a serious  
issue with the move, please speak up.
