All we need from you is to say, "Hey, I'd like to load this on sandbox  
but I'll need my quota increased to X to do it."  Ideally if you raise  
a Jira ticket it will get actioned most quickly, but a clear request  
in the discussions on Freebase.com with an action item for us to  
follow up on will also work.  (We'll just raise a Jira ticket,  
actually.)

We have been following your work, as you know, but there's been a lot  
of craziness on our team lately with illness and absences and all  
kinds of things, so my apologies if we've dropped the ball a little on  
this lately.
