[Developers] selecting the english type.object.name

Indeed, name strings should have language codes on them.  I overlooked  
this in the first version of the RDF interface (the are available via  
MQL, we just didn't mark them in the RDF.)

I've added it as a feature for the next release of the RDF endpoint,  
which I hope to have out in a few weeks.
