[Developers] Making chemical element and chemical isotope properties unique

With the exception of the properties listed below, I think the  
properties of /chemistry/chemical_element and /chemistry/isotope  
should be unique:

/chemistry/chemical_element/chemical_series
/chemistry/chemical_element/isotopes
/chemistry/isotope/stable

This shouldn't break any queries since the queries should have been  
written to handle multiple values.
If anyone has objections to this, let me know.
