[Developers] Frebase WEX setup file unable to be extracted

Hi there ,

I've downloaded the WEX setup file and followed the instruction on the  
WEX homepage and its giving me an error.

http://download.freebase.com/wex/freebase-wex-2009-01-12-setup.tar.bz2

I'm getting this error:

ParamaComputer-2:WEX paramaw$ bunzip2 -v freebase-wex-2009-01-12- 
setup.tar.bz2
   freebase-wex-2009-01-12-setup.tar.bz2: not a bzip2 file.

I'm not sure if they have the correct file on server or did I just do  
some mistake on my end?
