[Developers] crossdomain.xml

I'm helping out with a flash app using the freebase api.  Flash has a
security requirement for a crossdomain.xml to exist in the domain.
While

http://freebase.com/crossdomain.xml

Exists and looks correct, but 

http://api.freebase.com/crossdomain.xml

does not exist.  If that could be added, it would be most helpful,
since most api requests are for api.freebase.com rather than
freebase.com.
