[Developers] Reciprocate TV personal appearance "person" property

An ECT change has been proposed to the property /tv/ 
tv_guest_personal_appearance/person.  Instead of /people/person, the  
ECT will be updated to /tv/tv_program_guest .  Any queries that are  
expecting the ECT of that property to be /people/person will fail.  Is  
there anyone with objections against this or needs more time because  
their application will break?
