[Developers] new dot dot dots with blurb

Yes, it did... it actually used to, maybe a month or two ago, but  
something broke and it stopped... then we fixed that bug and they're  
back.

The good thing is that it only returns "..." if there are more  
characters. If the content is smaller than maxlength, then you don't  
get "..."
