[Developers] Guid-style IDs

In comparing the March and July 2008 Freebase data-dumps, I've noticed that while the March data-dumps use various "forms" for id (/topic/en/some_human_readable_name, /guid/XXXXXXXX, /user/tsegaran/XXXX, /business/cik/XXX, etc) the July 2008 data only uses /guid/XXXX style ids. I was wondering if this is how the data-dumps are going to continue to be, or if it was just a fluke that there were only guid-style ids in the July 2008 data?
