Outstanding job on the MQL Reference guide!!! (also kudos to James for 
the great style).

Gotta love that it's an acre app! (kudos to jason for that! and expect 
it to become more interactive in the future)

BTW, if you view source and see some weird stuff in the HTML (such as 
<img></img> or the DOCTYPE missing which triggers quirks mode), we're 
aware of it and I'm currently working on it.
