[Developers] Moving types

Hey Shawn, sorry for the slow response. Right now it's a major headache to manually migrate a type between bases, so you're probably best waiting for the UI support. Anybody know when this is coming?

How can I move a type from one base to another? I know there's nothing 
in the UI to do it but I figured it must be possible through MQL.
