[Developers] Blurb Upload Difficulties

Hi
The problem here is that you need to replace the /common/topic/ 
article, not add new ones.

There are now 10 articles for this topic, you are using  
"create":"unless_exists", rather than "connect":"update".

Its fair to ask if /common/topic/article should be marked unique.  I  
think perhaps it should.
