[Developers] WEX (wpid/fbid lookup) database

The XML representation of wikitext which WEX uses was created by Magnus Manske, but WEX itself was created at Metaweb, and that code is not currently available. If you don't mind, what are you ultimately doing with the redirects? If you're using them to get at Freebase topics, there's probably a better way.

Excellent!

The most important thing for me from the WEX dumps is the redirects
table, which has everything resolved to its final target. Creating
that table of the WEX dump obviously only needs wikipedia data (no
freebase data required), but I cannot find the script that does it. Is
this publicly available?

In the documentation page (http://download.freebase.com/wex/doc/) it
says that the WEX is created by (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Magnus_Manske
) with no links to the script.
