[Developers] Minor change to Brewery type

The property "Annual production" on the type /food/brewery currently has an
expected type of Floating Point Number. I'd like to change this to "Dated
Float", so we can associate a year with the number. There is no actual data
in this property for any type, but I want to check in to make sure that
nobody's using this property in any applications, since this change will
break queries.
