[Developers] Updating the API Documentation

Hey Martin,
It's interesting that more MQL documentation is one of the main things
people have suggested. I also found the examples in the query editor very
handy, and I think creating a "query library" of some sort would be really
useful for both novice and advanced developers. I'm going to work on
re-developing the Help Center between now and the end of August, and your
suggestion, along with rest, makes me think we should have a section there
dedicated just to MQL, with the main reference guide, the query library, and
a Query Editor tutorial.
If you have any other documentation ideas, for MQL or anything else, feel
free to let me know, I've gotten really good feedback from the developers
list so far and I'll be counting on you guys to let me know what you need.
