[Developers] Note on Firefox and cookies

Hi Christopher,

If you could fill in more details, such as:

- time of day
- which environment: production or sandbox?
- particular URLs
- TIDs (best of all, when possible, in future)

We could take a closer look into this.

There may have been a transient error condition that was improperly 
negatively
cached.  Things may have started working again when that error condition 
timed
out (about five minutes?), independent of the changes you were making to 
your
client environment.
