[Developers] Search query returning strange results

Hi,

There's a known bug with the released relevance server when it comes to
queries where the type match is set to strict (which is the default case
for /api/service/search). It treats the actual search string (in this
case wildcard query "onion news") as optional. As a result, it finds
topics of the right type that could match only part of "onion news"
(including in anchor text of the topic's wikipedia article). This is
addressed in the current codeline -- which is why Andi's machine did not
return the bad results. :)

It should be released in a few weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.
