[Developers] Search query returning strange results

Did something change with regards to search in this week?  I'm getting
back results I would not expect at all. I'm doing the search

  onion news

using:

http://www.freebase.com/api/service/search?prefix=onion+news&type=/user/cotton/default_domain/internet_station&limit=50&escape=false

I get back stations like  "Groove Salad". which as far as I can tell,
don't reference "onion" nor "news". Why is it returning those results?
