[Developers] Proposed change to /education/university

[Bryan Cheung]

/education/university has a property subsidiary_or_constituent_schools  
property that is better suited for the type /education/educational_  
institution (/education/educational_ institution is an included type  
of /education/university).  I'd like to move this type to /education/ 
educational_ institution - are the applications that will break if I  
perform this change?  Any objections?
